These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Channel Operator ("the App"), an internal content-operations tool built and operated solely to manage the operator's own YouTube channel(s), including youtube.com/@YesICan-0123.
The App connects to Google and YouTube APIs, under authorization granted by its operator, to plan, produce, and publish video content, and to read performance analytics for the operator's own channel(s).
The App is not offered as a public service. It does not create accounts for, or process data on behalf of, any third party other than its operator.
Use of the App is subject to, and does not override, the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. The operator remains responsible for ensuring all content published through the App complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that automated content generation, publishing, or analytics collection will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including but not limited to loss of monetization eligibility, channel strikes, or content removal by YouTube.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
